These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between ace7 ("we", "us") and any user ("you", "player") of the ace7.mom website and related services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3.1 Deposit Rules

All financial transactions on ace7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods for deposits on the platform are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each payment method).

• Once a deposit is successfully completed, it may take some time to be reflected in the account.
• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment account from which the deposit was made.
• ace7 reserves the right to decline any deposit if there are signs of suspicious activity.
• The source of deposited funds must be legitimate; ace7 takes active measures to prevent money laundering.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed.

• Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• If the withdrawal amount exceeds the amount deposited, additional verification may be required for the excess portion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members at ace7 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires completing ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus is applicable once only and cannot be used in combination with any other bonus.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses may not be usable on all games — ace7 will announce restrictions for specific games.
• ace7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

ace7's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, the weekly cashback rate increases — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting services on ace7 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and no game result is predetermined.

• If a disconnection occurs during play, bets will be settled in accordance with ace7 policy.
• If a technical error causes an unreasonable result to be displayed, ace7 reserves the right to void that round.
• If evidence of misconduct or cheating during a game is found, ace7 may close the account.
• Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules
